What's this?

The Chinese Ash is a medium size tree with a light brown trunk, bright green leaves, and white flower clusters. It frequently grows in a single trunk, with bushy foliage overhead. This species of Ash is praised for its uses in traditional herbal medicine, the leaves often provided as a cure for dysentery. This tree is deciduous, meaning it drops its leaves in the fall.

Foliage

Leaves branch off of stems in the depicted fashion, with symmetrical placement on both sides of the stem. In the fall, the foliage of the Chinese Ash turns red, yellow, and orange.

Seeds or Cones

The Chinese Ash grows seed pods distinct to the Ash family - elongated, yellow-green pods that hang down from branching foliage.
