What's this?

This tree is sometimes thought to be a shrub, but grows to tree size in certain conditions. It is closely related to Witch Hazel, and grows in a small, rounded form. This tree has become popular amongst gardeners for its ability to screen unwanted areas with its filled out foliage. It produces attractive white flowers each year which form in clusters at the ends of each branch.
